2 blocks cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 finely chopped bell pepper
2-3 T. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 t. seasoned salt
Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Make into 2 balls. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
Overwhelmed by the prospect of rummaging through every cookbook you own trying to find what to make for dinner? Or for an appetizer? After a weekend of movie watching, sun tanning, and eating fabulous creations at the lake, a group of eight women had the brilliant idea of creating a blog with only "top notch" recipes.
